The University of Southeast Norway (USN) is Norway’s fourth-largest university, with over 18,000 students across eight campuses. USN is committed to profession- and industry-oriented education and research, maintaining a high level of international collaboration.
Since 2001, USN’s Department of Microsystems (IMS) has offered Bachelor, Master, and PhD programs in electronics and micro- and nanosystem technology, including the Erasmus Mundus Master in Smart Systems Integrated Solutions.
As a CHIPS of Europe partner, USN leads tasks related to program and curriculum development to align with industry needs, fosters youth engagement in semiconductor technology, and contributes to building a strong European network for semiconductor education and research.
