Biography
The INESC Microsistemas e Nanotecnologias (INESC MN) is dedicated to cutting-edge R&D in strategic areas of micro- and nanotechnologies, and to the application of these technologies in electronic, biological, and biomedical devices.
Research activities share the Laboratories and Class 10/100 Cleanroom facilities with student training and the provision of external services. INESC MN’s mission includes a strong focus on advanced training for undergraduate and postgraduate students, as well as innovation through technology transfer to Portuguese and international industries via collaborative research, contract research, prototyping, and consultancy services.
