Design of Analog Integrated Circuits I

Introducing students to systems for automated design of analog integrated circuits that have become an industry standard worldwide. The course primarily covers the CADENCE system for full design of analog integrated circuits. The main types of semiconductor devices used in analog ICs, the technological processes in their manufacture, as well as the main stages of automated design are studied: project entry, simulation and error detection, optimization, project verification and generation of the output file.
